Succession will take to UK’s roads on a regular basis linking sport to learning whilst allowing networking amongst the guests, with football, cricket and golf being used as the sporting catalyst that brings everyone together. Each event will have at least three hours focussed learning, a networking lunch followed by a sporting Q&A – not forgetting closing with the sport itself.
Succession will host regular remote webinars where leading sports people will talk about their experiences of leadership, teamwork and managing highly talented individuals within a team setting, providing real insight into high level sport and elite performance. The host will always relate their lessons back to the hospitality industry and how you can learn from their success – plus you’re guaranteed to come away with a few great stories to add to your repertoire.
Succession will take to the golf course, talking to business leaders and golf loving sports people as we quiz them on those life changing points in their careers. Wouldn’t you like to know what advice they received, the influence or that light bulb moment that propelled their career path on the upward trajectory.
